Where to Send Notices

Email: hello@begen.space

We aim to process valid takedown notices within 3 business days.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification containing:

  • Identification of the content that was removed and its location before removal.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, and phone number.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your district and that you will accept service of process from the complainant.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10-14 business days, we may restore the removed content.

AI-Generated Content

Copyright in AI-generated content is an evolving area of law. We handle disputes involving AI-generated content on a case-by-case basis. If you believe AI-generated content on the Platform infringes your copyright (for example, by reproducing substantial elements of your original work), you may file a takedown notice using the process above.

Repeat Infringers

We maintain a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. Repeated valid takedown notices against the same user will result in permanent account suspension.

EU Digital Services Act

In addition to DMCA procedures, we comply with the EU Digital Services Act (DSA). EU residents may report illegal content through the same process described above or via the report button available on all content. We will acknowledge receipt and communicate our decision with reasoning.

Good Faith

Submitting a false or misleading takedown notice may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. Please ensure your claim is valid before filing.
